The World Orienteering Champs start this Sunday in Vuokatti, Finland. Team Canada has been on the ground training and preparing for their races for the past several days.

When we aren't training in awesome (but slightly buggy) forest, studying maps or playing catching features, we have been swimming, playing volleyball and learning how to use the Finnish sauna.

The event centre and accommodation are at Vuokatti Sports Institute, a high performance training centre and sports holiday getaway. We never have to go far to find a good map.
