Today was the last individual race of JWOC--the long. According to my sources, most of Team Canada was generally pleased with their long races. Michael Svoboda and Jan Erik Naess in particular had strong races coming in 81st and 91st respectively. Emma Waddington was the first Canadian women coming in 94th. They're trying to find a third runner from another country to run with Trevor Bray and Caelan Mclean on a second men's team.
