Day 1

The runners have arrived and we are happily settled into the Uni-Hotel in Miscolc. We are picking up Coach Magnus tonight to complete the team! Our accommodations are great, complete with well-stocked fridges, clothing dryers and good Mike's awesome espresso maker.



This morning's training was a good warmup with O-tervals in some fast, open forest. In the afternoon, we did a sprint course. Check out the maps!
